Essai sur la Non-bataille is now avalailable in ebook and print formats , thanks to Brossollet's son Alexis, himself a former officer and translator of Chinese. Sorry, only in French for the moment ! https://www.guybrossollet.fr/commandes/
Thanks. I'm delighted to see that he's once more available in print. I recently interviewed GEN Guy Hubin (there will be a YouTube vid of that soon), and he brought up Brossollet. It's clearly a book that got people thinking.
If I understand correctly, Brosselet's essay practically cost him his military career, though.
I also read somewhere that the French army's cool-looking Panhard VBL (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Véhicule_Blindé_Léger) was designed by an engineer who was inspired by Brossolet's essay (I can't find the source for that now).
I forgot to add, I can't wait for the Gén Hubin video. That will be a cracker! I have a couple of his books and they are definitely challenging (but reward the intellectual effort of reading them).

I can sort of see that. He basically wrote that the Army was doing it all wrong and wasting large sums of money.
